1. How to enable "C: Easy Lock" App?

Go to Online Stores >> Live theme >> Theme Customize >> Theme Settings >> App embeds then Enable App embed(s) i.e. "Easy Lock Script" and click on "Save" button at top right corner!

2. How to create a lock?

Go to Admin >> Apps >> C: Easy Lock >> Manage Lock >> Create Lock. Configure all details, then click the 'Save Lock' button.

3. Who can I apply the lock to?

You can apply the lock to specific customer groups, such as Logged in Customers Only, Non-Logged in Customers Only, Selected Customers Only, Everyone Except Selected Customers, Selected Customers Tags Only, or through a Password-based lock.

4. What content can be locked?

You can apply a lock to either the Whole Website or to Selected Content.

5. How can I control what happens when a user encounters a locked page?

You can set the locked page behavior to Redirect to Login Page, Redirect to another Page, or Redirect to a specific URL.

6. Can I hide specific elements in product details page?

Yes, You can hide any elements by adding "Parent Selector" and "Hide Any Elements" from general settings.

7. Can I display the app texts in a language other than English?

Yes, by default, the app texts are in English, but you can add translations for specific languages. Select your desired language and lock, enter the translated text in the appropriate fields, and click the 'Save Language' button at the bottom of the page.

8. Why don’t I see my lock in the 'Select Lock to Apply Translation' dropdown?

The 'Select Lock to Apply Translation' dropdown only displays password-based locks. If your lock is not visible in the dropdown, please create a password-based lock first on the Create Lock page.

9. How can I change Plan interval from Annual to Monthly OR Monthly to Annual?

 Later on, you can change the plan interval from our app by clicking on the "Pricing Plan" button at the top, and you'll see the same thing as in the screenshot below. From here, you can change the plan interval by clicking the Switch Plan button, which will redirect you to approve a new charge based on your chosen plan type while Shopify cancels the old active charge and activates the new charge when you`ll approve it.

10. How can I turn off auto-renewal for my annual plan for the next year? Will I be able to use the app until my renewal period?

 Yes, you can turn off auto-renewal for your annual plan for the next year by going to our app, clicking on the "Pricing Plan" button at the top, and then seeing just like below. Simply follow the instructions in the screenshot below:

NOTE: If you turn off auto renewal, you will be able to use the app until the next renewal period, and you can turn it back on when you re-subscribe to our app plan the next following year.

11. How will the price be calculated if I switch from the Monthly Plan to the Annual Plan?

  When you upgrade your plan by moving from a less expensive charge to a more expensive charge, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. Proration occurs when you approves changes to your app subscription that take effect immediately. For example, if you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan, and then upgrade to a $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle, you’d be charged $5.00 + ($15.00 – $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD.
